CheckMat provides gym management software designed for martial arts academies, including but not limited to:
- Member management and attendance tracking
- Class scheduling and management
- Communication tools (group chat, announcements)
- Analytics and reporting features
- After Action Review (AAR) training journals
3. User Accounts
Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Email Verification: Users must verify their email address to access the platform.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Maintain accurate member and gym information
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
5. Subscription and Payment
Free Trial: New gym owners receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Paid Subscription: After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription at the rates displayed on our website.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CheckMat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
